Activities

Since establishment until this day worked on the following:

Training Courses:

The Union conducts training courses periodically after organizing specialized training programs contribute in the improvement of the youth abilities, and achieved 1200 training courses in the fields of secretary, management, computer, media, democracy, human rights, social styles, photocopying, preparing youth leaderships, first aid, public awareness and many other topics 8000 beneficiaries benefited from these courses throughout the west bank and Gaza.

Summer camps:

The union conducted around 64 summer camp for kids and youths in addition to International solidarity camps, scouts camps for the progressive Group Scouts.

Educational and Artistic Activities:

Yearly the union achieve various educational and artistic activities for youths, consists of Artistic exhibitions, festivals, cultural and heritage evenings, drama exhibitions, public dabka and cultural conversations.

Social Activities:

The union cares for the social and humanitarian interaction between the Palestinian Youths and the youths in the world, since the union organizes entertaining trips aside with the psychological counseling program for the kids and youths in the neighborhoods s and organizations though conducting activities aim at raising their skills to deal with the difficult circumstances.

Youthfulness’ Activities:

The union tends to adopt the youths various initiatives, attempting as possible to execute them, so the union succeeded in preparing athletically and artistic groups, and works with other youth organizations and NGOs in drafting a social cultural developmental law for the youth, fulfills their needs and desires, for this reason the union conducted a number of meetings with other organizations, the Palestinian Ministry for Youth and Athletics, besides the Palestinian Legislative council, trying to establish a Palestinian youthfulness parliament  forming a lobbying means to achieve the youths benefits and serve them. Many workshops, Youth seminars and dialogues were held for discussing many issues for the youths’ interest through coordinating with interested and responsible persons.

Voluntary work such as cleaning, farmers’ assistance campaigns, besides volunteering in many health and social organizations.

National and International Activities:

The union is an active member in the Palestinian Youth Council, the General Union for Palestinian students and part of the Palestinian Youth Movement.

In addition to cooperating with other local organizations in conducting youthfulness projects to improve the youths abilities, such as training, developmental projects and direct coordination with other organizations, ministries in any programs that aims at improving the youths’ skills and performance.

The union executed may projects funded by different financing organizations of it: The United Nations Developmental Program (UNDP), The German Representative Office, The Italian Organization (CRIC), Napoly Municipality in Italy, the Euromeditaranian Youth Forum, The Palestinian Danish Friendship Society, Palestinian Organization for Human Rights in Lebanon, The Swedish Developmental Agency, and many other local organizations.

The union participated in many international conferences and activities: in Egypt (The International Youths Camps), Lebanon (Together Even the Borders Camp), The Arab Students Festival, Morocco, Jordan, Cuba, Algeria, Venezuela ( The international Youth Gathering), Turkey, Belgium, France, Britain, Holland, Greece, Spain, Italy ( The European Palestinian Youth Gathering for Palestine), …etc and other Arabic and local participations.

The union also receives international groups through cultural exchange program to enforce and strengthen the Palestinian youth’s abilities.

During the last period and since its establishment, the union served 8000 beneficiaries through the different activities and programs, which were conducted even the financial obstacles.
