And on the other hand the transfer of the Palestinian culture of the scientist and their notification with the habits and the historical Palestinian traditions and the original heritage to the Palestinian people, and on this level the union executed cultural exchange programs with a youth from " Italy and Belgium and Britain and Ireland and France " and the work takes place always on more of these programs .
